To ensure your treatment delivers the best results, we recommend the following:

24–48 hours before your appointment: Avoid using active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, or exfoliating products. Pause at-home treatments like scrubs, waxing, at home dermaplaning tools or self-tanning on the face. Refrain from facial waxing or injectables such as Botox or filler.

‍Day of your appointment:
Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products to maximize scheduled time.
Hydrate well with water to support your skin’s healing and glow.

After your appointment:Avoid heat, steam rooms, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.

Do not exfoliate or use active products (retinol, acids, scrubs) until advised.
Apply SPF daily, avoid direct sun exposure, and keep your skin hydrated.
For microneedling and chemical peels, follow the pre/aftercare instructions provided to you for optimal results.

For most clients, we recommend scheduling a facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain skin health and keep results consistent. Depending on the treatment booked, visits may be more frequent or spaced further apart - your esthetician will design the ideal plan customized to your skin’s needs.

Cancellations must be done 24-48 hours of your scheduledappointment time. If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your appointment yourretainer fee will be held and is non-refundable and 50% of your service feewill be required. A new retainer fee will be required to re-schedule yourappointment.
